Some parts shine, others fall flat

My room windows wouldn't close properly, leaving it frigid on those chilly autumn nights. The noise from the main road was a constant disturbance, especially being in room 1. The shared bathroom situation felt cramped, and climbing the stairs to the upper floors became a hassle, especially with shared facilities. The mattress was pretty worn-out, failing to provide a good night's sleep, and I only had one cup for my double room, which hardly sufficed.

The room had major issues with the mattress being hollow in the middle, and several amenities felt lacking. only providing one cup and set of towels for two guests didn't help either. Noise from other guests was disruptive, impacting sleep quality significantly.

The soup at Time for Lunch was a true gem—smooth and bursting with flavor! the room was spacious with a kettle and a good selection of tea and coffee. Plus, it was spotlessly clean, perfect for a stay with mates.

Check-out could be a tad later, especially for those looking to soak up the nightlife. But honestly, everything else was pretty spot on!

the majesty of this inn is a bit over-hyped, honestly. constant knocks on my door from other guests in distress made me feel as safe as a cat at a dog show. i also would have appreciated some attention for the cold room, but clearly, that's too much to ask for.
